Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling • Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no fee. • Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the session fee. • No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Payments • A valid credit card on file is required to book sessions. • Payments are processed automatically according to the cancellation policy. Group Sessions • Group sessions run on a fixed schedule; missed sessions are non-refundable. • Late arrivals do not extend session time. • Enrollment reserves a spot in the group- spaces are limited. Tutor Commitment • If I am ever late to a session, you will still receive the full scheduled time or we will reschedule at no extra cost.
