Cancellation Policy
* All lessons in this plan must be used within 3 months of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will expire. * You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed or canceled sessions with less notice may be counted as used. * Used sessions are non-refundable. Refunds are only available for unused sessions within the plan's validity period. * If you're late, we'll still finish at the scheduled time. If I'm late, you'll get the full time or we'll reschedule.
